Hey, so both the bolts that hold the choke bracket down onto the top of the jugs backed out/fell out and now I sound like I'm ringing a bell unless I keep it above 3000rpms. Is this a Harley part or a Mikuni part? Or both? Anyone have a number so I can get them ordered? Next: Is there seriously no way to get that gay cyclone decal off the front fairing? It looks to be clear-coated. Same for the tail logo. I'd also like to see any tail end mods that are closer to $100 than $500. I'd rather fab my own so any examples would be helpful. Here's a tricky one. The nut in the seat that the under-tail wingnut is threaded into is missing. I'd thread-match it but since the wing nut can't be removed... any ideas? I'm afraid my seat's gonna blow off in the parking lot. Thanks for the help. Brent 2000 Cyclone |

bolts holding the bracket to the heads is an HD part, but a trip to the hardware store will do -- eyeball, take a couple a bolkts to the parking lot, figure out zactly what you need, and you're done! the cyclone logo on the flyscreen and tail section are clearcoated -- removal will be messy, and result in the need for paint tail mods are legion over in the knowledge vault -- have a look at what's been done the seat retaining nut is an acme thread, not easily available at the local hardware store -- should be orderable through the dealer, though . . . . |

Part numbers: Screw 4748 Washers 6701 Since these also hold the top tie bar I'd skip the hardware store bolts unless you know what hardness they are. |

"Is there seriously no way to get that gay cyclone decal off the front fairing?" I like the Cyclone decal and I'm not gay. I did find out last year that I really enjoy Broadway musicals, though. |

Alright alright. I use the term loosely. What I mean is I've been looking at M2s for a while and I at first thought the cyclone decal on the fairing was a left over thought bubble from a Calvin-pissing-on-something sticker. I was upset that someone would put a Calvin-pissing-on-something sticker on the front of such a nice looking bike...in the most prominent place on the whole rig. Maybe I'm over reacting. You say Cyclone decal I say Calvin-pissing-on-Triumph sticker. Sorry to offend any of you thithies. Brent |

I don't have a Cyclone but I've seen my S1 looking at my S2 kind of funny. |
