The MT 01 (and OS for that matter) engine is taken from Yamaha's Road Warrior range. They remain 'cruiser' engines with no modifications. As such they are pushing out about 85BHP.
Rumour has it Erik Buell designed a Japanese cruiser from the ground up. Some believe the Road Warrior was that cruiser. If so, the MT has a Japanese manufactured Buell engine. Just food for thought.

Liquor, I don't have those pic's any better than what they are in this thread. I pulled them off an older BadWeB thread myself, circa Oct 05.
Google might find you something but I tried hard several times this week before going back in BadWeB's archives and re posting them. Sorry.

Surely you don't mean that MT OS?? That's probably the most bitchin' bike I've ever seen, if it'd lose the chrome pipes. Probably doesn't look as good in person, but damn those are some sweet pics. |

Mike the mortar, I've touched the thing, never mind seen it. It's stunning. Absolutely stunning.
Are there some aspects some individually might not find pleasing, I'm sure. But it is a one off prototype. Strictly a design exercise, and as such it does have some way over the top ideas. Never the less, it's still stunning in the cold light of day.
Strange how some can't take of the blinkers and see it for what it is.

The MT-01 is butt ugly in production, but that OS concept version is SWEET!
