Looks like it it coming along. Do you have a target date for completion? You know...those chopper builders are always under the gun to get it done by a certain date. |

Hey Drake! Yeah I talked to Paul last week and he told me that you had taken his bike off his hands. I had no idea you got that from him! Or a different bike for that matter! Looks sweet, now we can be twinsies! Except mine's an '06 HAHAHAHA....and I already put my black wheels on it, soon to be black windscreen. BTW, those jackets on Craigslist are from Paul as well...(S1lightning) |

Well I had a date set for spring but don't think I will hit it. Probably sometime this summer, some think it will be next winter though. If I quite going out and partying so much it would definately get done by Spring but gotta have some fun. |

Duff, Yeah, I thought about putting my black City X wheels on the Firebolt, but then I would have a messed up looking City X with Amber wheels and blue body work... Alright, we need to seriously start thinking about riding Arkansas later this spring. For the ones that have not been before, you are really missing out. Some of the best roads in the country are a little over an hour from my house. (Can you tell I have some Cabin Fever? We are ICED in down here in Tulsa!) |

Yeah tell me about it, I haven't been able to do ANYTHING related to bikes in a month! It really seems like its been a lot longer than that. So did you keep the CityX? |

Yes, I did keep the XB9SX, but I should probably sell it. I got a couple of guys down here who want to buy it...but they don't have the money right now of course. Let me know if someone is interested in it. You all know its in great shape. |

Rob, love your kitchen table!! You should post that pic in the thread about tomahawks so they understand why you can't tell what color they are exactly, lol. |

Tim, I actually just stopped by to grab the pic and do exactly that. And I'm practically sitting on the S1 while taking that pick, so there is table room for two in my kitchen just in case anyone wants to stop by and see the nations capitol! (Message edited by cereal on January 15, 2007) |

Cereal, You know, I didn't think that combo sounded very good, but after seeing it, I think I might switch them. However, the blue is a bit different on the SX models. |

So I went ahead and bought a right side scoop from the guy that isn't a badwebb sponsor. The ones that he makes are identical to the left side and pretty much the same price. It cost me 200 Euro which comes out to about $260. My budget for the bike is well overspent now, and I'm done. I'm sure some of you will see the bike as it is coming together, but I'll post some pics once I'm done anyway. |

Yeah Drake, I know the blues are different, just giving you a hard time. I prefer the all black look, but that's the way the bike came (minus the tail swap of course) and it's kind of grown on me. Is that pic of Sam's old, or did he decide to change the location of the pegs? |

The pics (except for the Photochop) are from this past summer. |

Just so you know Sam's looks exactly like the above but I won't post any pics up, if Sam wants he can. I would hate for him to want to surprise everyone and then take away his thunder even though it still looks the same. |

So I talked to RMI today. My parts are done, but they didn't sound confident about the quality at all. The guy said they were done but I need to come inspect them to let them know if they need to be redone. I almost just told them that if they are questioning the work that they might as well do them over. I'm sure that I'll wish I had after I go in there to see the work. On a lighter note I got my dark double bubble and rotor bolts from Dave today. That double bubble is going to look awesome, especially when I get all of the other black stuff on the bike! |

I think we already told you they would have to reshoot them a few times. Just from experience. |
