Its easy to just say what needs to be done and harder to actually do it With that i would like to nominate 4 people that have expressed interest in being on the board for our new club Frank Lesh for treasure, no need to say anything, other than hes the only person i would trust with money, i know he will be busy this year, but there is no one better for the job, and no one more trustworthy Greg Holman for secratary, he has done the job in the past, and done it very well. I also think he will be an asset in the future when it comes to getting peoples contact info for spur of the minute rides, or rides further out Tim Gunderson for assistant director, he has allready shown forward thinking with the calander, and is very computer savy, which will help the club with events being posted, and in general helping orginize and make people aware of upcoming rides John Thomas as director. I feel that while expressing interest, he also is concerened about the club, and is truly interested in growing and promting the club while listening to what the members want I fell that all 4 people will do whats in the best interest of the club, plus at some point have expressed interest in working for the future of the club. It may also save us a bit of time at the meeting. While i am sure some will point fingers, i feel its best if i not serve due to the duties associated with being a new father, however i will be planning and going on significantly more rides than in the past year, SOoo i will be atempting to do may part to the best of my ability Any other suggestions??? I'm with PJ #70 (#9 this year!)for the season. And drag racing at the Grove, Fiery will be making her debut with a 12R drag race machine. I'm going to research a few screen printing companies to find the best deal to put whatever design the club agrees on in March to some T-shirts. Latter   M2epyonpilot Posted on Sunday, January 21, 2007 - 04:14 pm:        RACES Here's my racing dates for this year; both of them are at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet (site of the AMA flat track) dirt oval. All events have plentiful separate and up front motorcycle parking. The show is called MASTERS OF DISASTER featuring Hollywood Stunts, School Bus race and figure 8, trailer racing, and of cource my race the FIGURE-8. June 2nd is the first race and the race that I will definately attend and race at. August 4th is the second and my attendence to race at that one is soley based on whether or not there is much of my car left after the race! It's fun event and I'm pumped up even now for it, I'm going to have really good looking and good running car for this one and it should be a lot of fun.
