Court,Court,Court,Court this and Court that.Court, would you please explain your close relationship with Erik&company? Are you a paid employee? A freelance motojournalist? Honestly and Respectfully, from an enthusiastic(despite my disagreements regarding sourcing) Bueller,Greg P.S.....i seem to enjoy the X1 more than the XB12r |

Well, If I may speak for that modest man: Court is just a construction worker. If you Google on his last name "Canfield" you will find what kind of constructions. It makes clear why he could stay alive during a sabbatical year, or even two (?), when he was test riding the first handmade Buells. If I understood well, he was even on the paying list. To give proof of the reliability of the Buell products, he crossed, without hassle, the majority of the USA states, within shortest time. Since he is the most dedicated Buell enthousiast and a friend of Erik. He doesn`t get one single dollar for his helpfulness and enthousiasm. He has of course a certain network inside the factory and he knows more than any of us, but he keeps his mouth closed when there are future developments, even under torture. Apart from that: He seems to live three lives at least, compared with ordinary persons. Not that I know Court personally: Only via the bits and bytes from Badweb and via my defective memory. Hans |

So,what led him and his relationship to the earliest Buells'? To be sure, these are honest and sincere inquiries to a man that seems to embody all things Buell. I'm aware of the construction part, those lineman pics are scary. |

So,what led him and his relationship to the earliest Buells'? I believe that, like many of us, Court saw one of the earliest Buells (Westwind??) and instantly fell in love, flew to Wisconsin and bought a bike on the spot. The rest, as they say, is history Henrik |

You guys are talking about him like he isn't even in the room...don't ya' think that might be perceived as a bit rude? I dunno, but I would bet that Court would not want Rocketman to define who he is...but I could be wrong. jimidan |

Court is more than capable of defending himself if he feels he has been wronged in any way Jimidan. I do think it is interesting that Court has not chimed in though, not even with a "that's an (in)accurate statement". |

Court CAN take a joke, and the pic above of Courts Bar was a Christmas treat for him to have a laugh at. I hope he laughed when he saw it. I did when I took it that day. Hell, I've drank in Courts Bar several times without ever noticing its name until that day last week. Now if Court really did own Courts Bar in my home town, that would not be funny, lol!!! Rocket |

Hey...LOOK,I admit i've been an antagonist, given my desire for a more powerful Buell.BUT I LOVE MY BUELLS'! I started this thread, appropriately in the section titled "Court in session" to try and get to know just who this Court guy is that seems to be very close to the mother company. It WAS NOT MEANT as trolling.Or as Dyna stated in HIS "Who are you" thread over at ATC about being "loaded questions".I reiterate as i did there,THEY WERE NOT! I tried politely to ask Court here.HE chose not to,fine, but i'm disappointed,my loss.I am NOT a "Buell hater",and consider that moniker a personal attack.Maybe i've made some myself, for which i apologise. |

Court is simply Erik Buells biggest fan. He will NEVER hear a bad word spoken about the man or his machines. He has worked at sometime within the HD empire. He is a respected motojournalist, public speaker, and beacon of light to Buell and Buell fans and followers. From football stars to music celebrities to presidents and popes, Court knows them all. He has ridden a Buell through however many US states there are. Rode damn near every motorcycle under the sun. Has a fine collection of motorcycles. Owns a fine library of motorcycle associated tomes and related paraphernalia. Living in New York City he is as cosmopolitan as they come. Likes fine wines. Has great taste in music. Married to an attractive Italian lady. What more could a man ask for in life. Did I mention the guitars? And he's a construction worker. Or so he tells us Rocket |

"next time you go steal matches, coasters, cups and napkins." So much for listing "moral compass" on your resumé. Duc, If you want to get to know a little about Court, just dig in and read the archives here. They date back to 1998 in some topics. |

Court does not really exist. He is simply a figment of Jack's imagination. Jack used to be a mild mannered, well behaved mutt until he began to channel this court fellow and all hell broke loose. Now when ever Jack makes a mess he simply says "It was Court". |

I'm betting that Ole Jack didn't let any of them furriners inside of that palace!! We sure didn't need any international police incidents in NYC at Christmas. |
