Need another escort rider? Sure Sean, the more the merrier. There's really no better way to learn that stretch of 60. By the afternoon, when you go out without a group, you'll be amazed at how much less you'll be using brakes. I can make that whole run at 60 or so, and not brake at all. |

Hey Glitch, I would also be interested in helping out as an escort as well. Just let me know what I would need to do. |

This is going to be one heck of a party! I'll be at TWO while M2nc rides the twisties. Do you need some additional help at the table gathering demo rider information? If so, put me down for a few hours on Saturday. Kristi

Russ, as soon as we have a meeting to decide what, who and where, I'll give yours and Sean's name so you can be put in rotation. I'll need y'alls info, but that can wait. I'll PM y'all when the deatils need to be squared away. We've always considered you guys as 3%ers. Odie helps out every year as well. |

It's a labor of love. Everyone that's involved with making it happen, keeping it happening, from demo escorts, to the fine folks at T.W.O., to the sponsors Stone Mountain Harley-Davidson and Buell, and everyone else that volunteers their valuable time, has a great time, and looks forward to the next year. Each year we get a little better, and more people tend to help, so the work/play ration tends to improve each time. From the looks of my e-mail box this year is going to be even bigger than I thought at first. We're looking forward to a great weekend of playing in the mountains, and meeting old, and new friends. This truly is the best event I've ever attended. |

Would a Californicator be welcome? More than welcome Doerman! And in good company I might add. Do you need some additional help at the table gathering demo rider information? Ulywife... Contact Black_Sunshine with your contact information and your intentions. We would certainly appreciate the help! |

"This truly is the best event I've ever attended." The only regret I had after MBII and MBIII was not attending MBI. I hope it gets bigger and better. It's more like a festival than a demo ride. |

It's more like a festival than a demo ride. The original March Badness was pretty much set up to be demo rides in the best place we could think of, nothing more really. But when you throw in a group like the 3%ers, you end up with...I guess you could call it a festival...some call it a circus!

Ken's bike. Apparently this style is not that unusual on Rice Rockets, or so I am told. Thought to be rather " macho " what ever that means.

Yeah... that happened on the first day and I was bumming... I mean how can I enjoy my riding time, knowing my buddy is sitting back at camp with a busted bike in the middle of the most righteous motorcyce roads around??? Duct tape will fix anything, 'cept for maybe a broken engine block!!! Ride on!! |

I had a blast riding with Ken. The guy has a good sense of humor... he didn't let his offroad excursion ruin his weekend. It happens to the best of us... eh? (Message edited by djkaplan on December 26, 2006) |

His adventure really illustrates the spirit of MB! Do whatever we can do to ensure fun for everyone! Who's bike did we have to replace the isolator on? |
