Battletrax Pictures from Today at Frederick, Md  HD/BUELL of Frederick pulled out all the stops for this one.  Free registration, FREE FOOD and Battletrax T-Shirts as first place trophies. Kudos to them! We had about 25 entries, because it looked like it was going to pour at any moment all day. Fortunately, it only rained on the way home. here are some of the other bikes....  This guy, from DC, was really smooth and fast, with times in the low 41's  One of the two females to ride today, curiously both on BMWs...    This guy was also fast, but he would lock up his brakes at the end of every run, and one time he could not stop, went over the curb (lucky the bikes had moved) almost hit a truck and a corvette, and finally stopped | ||

Finally we had some Scooters!   These guys were doing faster times than I did, in the 44 second range. I couldn't get out of the 47's for a long time and I finally pulled out a 45 near the end. I have much to learn...... |
