Author Message   Scott_in_nh Posted on Sunday, December 03, 2006 - 11:06 am:        I want to make a solo seat for my bike and am looking for another seat to do it to. Cheap is the main thing and it can be ripped or whatever though useable foam that I can modify would be a plus. Another member found this earlier seat thinking I could use it. My 1st reaction was no they are different, but then I started thinking that one of the mods I have planned for the seat would be to better blend in the flaps that overlap the side panels with the side panels. So maybe losing the flaps all together would be a better place to start from? I really love mine, but don't need two! Now if someone buys it and somehow leaves the seat behind..... After looking at my bike and taking the seat off and looking at it some more, I think I want to stay with the 99 and later seat style. Take your time- I want this second seat, but you should be sure before giving up your stocker!
