Check the www.roadracingworld.com classifieds? The print edition will usually have a bunch of bikes for sale.

If you are really serious, you might also do well to attend the next local roadracing event. Often times racers will have track bikes for sale there and if you are prepared to pay cash and take delivery on the spot you can get a killer deal.

What kind of bike are you looking for? I have a singles racer I'd like to part with. It'll need some tlc but it's done quite well at Loudon.
