Has anyone used Pazzo levers? How are they compared to CRG's? I was thinking about getting some CRG levers but the Pazzo's look just like the CRG's and are about $40 cheaper. Tim |

Howdy! Are you looking for long or short levers? If you want short levers, you can save even more cash if you just cut off the ends of the stock levers. Whacked off levers do not look nice and sophisticated, but they do look OK in a Mad Max sort of way. Have fun! |

You'll grow hair in your palm. Yeah, but it'll grow at a 45 degree angle with more in the front than in the back, and it won't pinch your fingers! |

ASDF I have CRG's on the bike but they are alum. and I want gold. I had planned on getting the gold CRG's and put the alum. CRG's on the wifes blast. But now I've found the Pazzo website and thought if they were as good I'd save a little money. so I guess nobody has tried them? tim |

you know, i've thought about whacking off my levers. any trouble with grip after the balls are gone? (serious question actually. with a shorter lever the end seems to be more important to hook your finger. that's why i haven't cut them yet) |

I only found one site with those levers on them, Cecil1, where did you find them, and does it matter that they all are classified for certain bikes? |

984gasm This is the site I found them on. http://www.motomummy.com/pazzo.html The CRG's are listed as working on Buell and R1's So the R1 Pazzo's are the ones I looked at. I went to the R1 forum and it seems quite a few of them are using the Pazzo's and like them. I think I might go ahead and try them. I just wanted some feedback from someone that had used them BUT so far the only thing people on this forum are doing with theirs is WHACKING them. THANK YOU 984gasm for keeping it on topic Tim (Message edited by cecil1 on November 21, 2006) |

if i remember correctly, i haven't done the search yet, the R1 levers are not interchangeable with Buell. something to do with the machining being a bit different where the electronics mount on the Buell. sorry, i forget the technical terms but basically they're not a direct replacement. i remember Anony chiming in on this too. EDIT: yeah, quick search of the forum found this... http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=32777&post=675778#POST675778 and this... http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=32777&post=638151#POST638151 (Message edited by typeone on November 21, 2006) |

CRG has two different brake levers for Buells. One for Tubers & one for XBs. They are different enough to the point that if you put the brake lever for a tuber on an XB bad things will happen like the brake locking up. So I'd want to be very very certain about the Pazzo working on an XB before buying. (Message edited by metalstorm on November 23, 2006) |
