saw this great quarter fairing on french cafe buell site, can`t find it available anywhere on the web.It has a large bubble wind screen,it`s wide, well forward of the bars and looks to be quite wind resistant for rider. Also saw it on Sport Twin "bikes and babes" pic 48 of 76.Or you can google it if you search buell cafe on aol, images.what is this?Where do I get one? |

Picture 48 on Sporttwin is of an RR1000 or RR1200. They are the first "production" bikes made by Buell. |

Isn't that an old Rickman style fairing? It must be a reproduction, the originals are awefully rare. Nick |

That might be the ugliest thing I have ever seen in my life. I do like the spoke rims though. (Message edited by sickquad on November 16, 2006) |

Hey. I found this picture of a Triumph with an early Rickman half fairing. Looks identical to me

Very nice bike...needs a nickel plated frame, and a chrome tank..... Nice muffler...wonder where you can find one of those. You don't see too many like those on a buell....REX |

That fairing looks a lot better on the Triumph. It looks out of proportion on the smaller Buell. |

the tail section on the Trump is another Rickman piece -- the Buell sports Ducati MOnster side panels and the rest is upolstry work on a stock seat pan -- very creative and nicely done, too! |

Replicas of my Laverda fairing(see profile) are still available but look a bit low compared to the fairing djkaplan shows. |
