Any New Hampshire riders out there? I've posted a few messages on the NEBO thread, but haven't seen anyone North of Rhode Island. Would love to go on a multi-Buell ride. Route 118 is severely awesome! If you live in or near Manchester, the ride around the Lake (Reservoir)is local and very nice. ..................................o-'o |

Hey guys, I'm planning on heading up to the White Mountains one of these weekends to ride Route 118. The scenery is spectacular and the road is nearly all corners with up hill and down hill sweepers. Its a long ride, but worth it. |

Now that I know 'bout this Storm Front thing... yer right, a Buell Group ride would be nice. Too bad I just found this now!! End of the season and all. I attended the Larz Andersen M/C Meet in Brookline, MA. this past weekend. Lots of great bikes from all over the world. I only saw two other Buell's there, other than my S3. I know one, riding a red M2, Boston cop, nice guy. Ya wouldn't know by look or manner he was the heat. Other bike was an S2. Didn't meet the owner. I live in Nashua, NH... I know pretty much every backroad from the southern border to the White Mts. Whenever, whomever, in the area... a group ride would be a blast. I would be willing to organize and lead a ride; whether it be a day ride or a weekend. I have many contacts... I'm the president of the New England Norton Owners, soon to step down. I've been pres. and other positions for 14 years now. Time to make a change... I wanna spend more time Buellin'. I'm thinkin' 'bout writing a Buell Tech Tips book. I wrote one for Norton's and am the Tech Digest editor for the International Norton Owners Assoc. Maybe/might/kinda-sorta/possibly help a Buell chapter get it going 'round these parts. Would need interest/help to get it off the ground. I've been there/done that for HD's and Norton's... I know what it takes... and one person is not enough. If ya can't tell, I'm a writer by profession... so I type too much. Anyway, PM me anytime to commune all things Buell... |

Hey Tunes, nice to see you found the NHThunder forum. I started it because I live in Manchester and was looking all season for some local riders who might want to get together and do some riding. Season is almost over, but as long as there isn't any snow, I'm game for a day ride. It would be nice to ride with some people who actually appreciate our bikes instead of the usual negative remarks about being slow and weird looking. I like having something different. See, I write too much as well.

I'm here too guys- over in the Seacoast area.... Not sure if I am going to the Headless Horseman ride next weekend and have kids every other weekend, but am often up for a ride. If the evening weather holds, it would be nice to get out to New England Dragway one more time this season (let me know if you are up for it on a Wed of Fri night). |

I've been trying to get something going all season. Only been able to hook up with Scott so far. Been posting over at ATC. Think I'll start posting here. I usually meet at MHD around 9:00-9:30, then go from there. Sat or Sun, sometimes both days. Try for quick breakfast run, then call it a day. We all have other stuff to get done. Still early in the week weatherwise, but let's try for Sunday. Any interest? Al |

Scott, the plan was for Sunday...probably wasn't clear....I'll swing by MHD at 9:15. If anyone else is around we'll leave by 9:30. If there are other places people want to meet, I'm open to suggestions. Scott, I'll be over by the track on Sat...don't know if I'll have time to stop. Have fun. |

I'm in Nashua... There's no way I can be at Manchester at 9:30 at this time of year. Too cold for these old bones... However, we can meet at noon today ifn ya want. |

Cgocifer, must have just missed you...didn't see anyone so only hung around for a couple minutes...left at 9:33 by the clock inside. Tunes, is 10:00 better or do you have a place to meet over there? Did over 200 miles, got back about 4:00, so I used up about all the daylight I could...have to come up with shorter loops or meet for lunch or both. Al |

I had things to do today but did one of my favorite loops close to home- good for about 45 miles. I was overdressed!

Hey guys, It was nice this morning, but it got colder as the day went on. Al, too bad I missed ya. I couldn't have done a long loop today anyway. One of my favorites is around Lake Massabesic. It takes about 45 minutes, and the scenery is nice. It would be cool to finally meet up for one more ride before it gets really cold and the roads are full of salt and snow. Keep the shiny side up fellas! Dan.............................o-'o |
