my X fell off while riding and left the residue from the glue behind . i tried using novus 1&2 to no avail . any other sugestions? |

Try goo-gone it dissolves adhesive. |

Al at American Sport Bike has removed at least one (that I got from him) so he may have some ideas about what works and what doesn't. |

The X that I removed came off of a damaged airbox cover that was getting thrown away anyway. It's a LOT easier to remove the X if you don't care about the plastic surface underneath it. It was stuck on there pretty darned good. Al |

Hmm....Maybe I'll keep it on. It's the X that I don't care about. Part of me thinks it will look kind of cool on there. I'll have to install it and see. |
