Seeing my bike this dissasembled makes me depressed, except knowing that I have parts on the way to fix everything. That is good. The reason I have the rear wheel off: If you can't see well, I had two small rocks embedded in my belt, so I think it was only a matter of time before I had a catastrophe. Sorry, couldn't resist. Good to hear you got all the parts on the way. Hope you're still on the up and up. |

Yeah that was funny seeing the red text. Nice one. Just got the stitches out today, feeling better every day. Thanks for the laugh, Sam |

That text is in order, that looks WAY worse than what my knee did . Just remember, if you come up with a few extra bolts or nuts and it still runs, you just found a way to make the bike lighter, but dont try doing that, bad things will likely happen eventually. |

It just looks so sad... How did the belt get damaged? Was it before the "incident?" |

I'm assuming the belt happened at the same time, since my bike came to rest in a gravel shoulder and I am still finding small rocks everywhere in the bike. No way to be sure though. Sam |

About the rocks...I have had 2 wind up in mine. I thought the belt guards were supposed to stop that. NOW IS THE TIME TO CUSTOMIZE!!!! Although it looks like you have already done a LOT of cool mods. |

Yeah the only customization is going to be a black primary cover. I really like how the XB9 cover is black. I wonder why it's not offered for the 12? <.02> Perhaps engine cover/primary cover and frame colors could be a option in the future when you're ordering your bike from the dealer..... </.02> Oh yeah I also ordered barends. I don't need to bend another handlebar. Expect the best but prepare for the worst! Sam |

Nice strip down, How are the rear engine mount rubbers?. Mine seem to be going downhill at a fast rate, I am considering nolathane ones to stop the tearing. Doc |

is that the new Buell unicycle I keep reading about??? Yeah, I figure I would put a seat where the rear hugger goes and really practice wheelies. Sam, I healed faster than you tho, I just flipped my bike showing off! |

Doc, The rear mount is tearing, I am replacing it but I have to wait until Matco comes on Wed. to get the ball end allen socket to get the bolts out. |
