I ended up with two Right side air scoops because both company's I found that made them had them on back order for months, when I finally got it I forgot to cancel the other one. Anyhow, it's from American Sportbike and was $275 new shipped. I had it professionally painted to match the other side. It seemed to cut my fan usage (noise) in about 1/2 and makes the bike look better too. $250 (and no two month back order wait or need to paint) to the first person who wants it.
