No I meant in regards to the time I have invested (alot). I know you weren't trying to put it down or anything. I appreciate the advice, and will be sure to give it a try. Thanks |

Danger Dave...the shot taken with the city lights in the background is super sweet!! The colors and lighting play off one another beautifully! Nice pic, and one that Buell Marketing could surely use. |

My dealership is telling me that the belt has been mishandled the last time that i had my rear tire changed, and they won't take the belt under garantee. This is my second XB i bought it brand new in august 2005 from my dealership and feel like being screwed....Do you think that mishandling the belt when you change your rear tire can cause the belt not tracking properly? I would think it'll break instead. Have a nice day |

I prefer my Sony DSC-F828 A little more pricey but I found mine with a few accessories for $750 on eBay. Sure you can't change lenses but I wanted a camera with a video mode (not to mention night vision). It was also the first Sony camera that was able to take something other than that blasted memory stick. It's all based on personal opinion so pick whatever camera you'll like. See the review for the F828 here. Here's the same site's review of the Fuji S9000 I think DC Resource has the most unbiased digital camera reviews. $.02 Sam (Message edited by samiam on October 11, 2006) |

As a paid event photographer specializing in dirt track racing.....I can't imagine any quality camera that isn't a true SLR. Be it one of the big two...Nikon or Canon...there is no substitute for the depth of field found in multi-element lenses. Some of the quality cameras out there can be found for far less than $1000. If you are looking to get a good idea of a camera's output....check out www.pbase.com . That is a website used by pro shooters and amateurs where photos are tagged with the camera that shot them...will give ya a great idea. You can even find some of my stuff...albeit pretty crappy lately.... www.pbase.com/Michael_Hill |

Wow I didn't expect to get shot down so quickly on that matter. Dang. I was just trying to mention a camera that could take some pretty good pictures AND videos. I know that the best quality is going to be found in the dSLRs, but I didn't really need that in what I wanted in a camera. Like I said, pick a camera you'll like, one that fits your needs. Just don't go around telling everyone else that their camera is supremely inferior just because it doesn't have changeable lenses. Sam |

Ok, well it seems someone deleted a couple of posts there, so lets get back to posting some pics of Buells! I don't think I really needed a dSLR there. Hopefully by the end of the week my baby will look a little better. For more pics on that subject, click here. Sam |
