My cousin and 2 friends flew in from Argentina to Maryland, USA. They bought 2 Buell XB12X bikes and are traveling back to Buenos Aires, Argentina (10,000 miles) over the next 2 months. They are documenting the adventure in real-time at: http://enlazandoamerica.com.ar (only Spanish) Just wondering if anyone has done something similar or knows who they can contact at BRAG, Buell, HD, Fuell that might have an interest in this. Thanks. Please visit the site and email them (in English). They would love to hear from a LOT of people.... TIA fd |

Damn cool. Where are they going to get tires once they get over the Mexico boarder though? They'll probably need at least 1 replacement and that's assuming no punctures! What about the Darien Gap? Are they going through it, or around by ferry? EDIT: Nevermind, I found their route map... Around by water.... (Message edited by naustin on September 28, 2006) |

Looks like an awesome ride. I'm originally from Mexico City and wish that some day I can ride from Chicago to the west coast and across Mexico from Baja to the Yucatan Peninsula. |

Victor, I have been following this trip and it seems like the pictures have ended in Las Vegas. Where are they at now? I sent them an email. |

I just received an e-mail from them and Tomorrow they are planning to arrive in Panama City and to catch the ferry to Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). This will be the beginning of the third and last stage of their trip to South America. This sure is quite a trip for a motorcycle. They will post more pictures and details of their trip once they get home. |
