Seamaster, looks like you've got the new Shark RSi Hologram helmet. How do you like it? Great looking bike, btw. |

Yes I got it about 3 months ago. I had AGV Q3 (Max Biaggi model) before and it was little bit more silent. This is really good for my head cause it's not so wide from sides. I like it and it looks nice too. |

Yep, thanks! He swapped some parts with his XBS before he sold em. I'm not sure if I like the amber or black wheels better...either way, it's still a tough bike. I'm looking to do some mods soon but still in the process of researching. |

Welcome to Badweb! I'd go with silver wheels. There are a lot of all black XB12 firebolt and lightnings out there. |

Thanks for the comments...I'll probably leave the wheels alone for now. My first concerns are filter, exhaust, and a tuner. I'm leaning towards K&N, D&D slipon, and a Techlusion TFI. Your thoughts and suggestions are welcome... (Message edited by bsbuell on August 15, 2006) |

I'd pass on the TFI, and get Direct Link. It can extract a lot more from your bike. The TFI is notoriously hard to get dialed in to your bike. Take a look at the American Sport Bike web site and the exhaust shootout. It can tell you what you need to know about exhaust systems. The D&D is a Loud pipe. It may not be the best system for you if you ride longer distances. For the money I like the Drummer SS better. But I'm not into loudness for the sake of loudness. If it comes with more performance like the Reinhart on our race bike that is a completely different thing. If you know what I mean. |

Thanks for the advice. Loud is fine, I'd actually prefer it that way, however I'm not willing to sacrifice performance for it. I'll keep researching! |

at the time that I took the pictures I had no seat....just sitting on a piece of wood a couple of weeks.but at this time I've got the seat but it's still not what I want but better than the piece of wood...as soon I find my battery charger for the camera I will make a picture of the seat |

I have a new set of Sunset Orange wheels for it, frame will be powder coated the same + body work will be painted pearl white with orange tank decals of an XB. I will look at machining the right fork leg to make an XB brake caliper fit, if this can't be done I will use XB forks. I allready have a set of triple trees off an XB in transit I bought through ebay. Here's my new wheels.
