When I was in Germany a few years back, SMART cars were all over the place. The dealerships were quite a spectacle to see.
Too bad I never got to see a Crossblade version in the 'flesh'.

Giovanni I always follow you post and enjoy looking at the photos that you posted. The enthusiasm thast is displayed by the buellers in Italy is amazing. My first experience with buells was in 2000 when I was living in Berlin where I bought my bike a 2000 X1 millenium, I am now living in Turkey (Ankara) and some days I'm still disappointed that I have left my bike in South Africa. But then again with the mayhem of traffic this end, I am sure I would have been in a couple accidents by now. How is the Buell support from dealers at your end here in Ankara there is n't any official dealers for Harleys, just a service center, but they also do not know buells. I need to get some parts for my X1 and for my brothers XB9s. I am planning to make a trip to Berlin to obtain it, but if supply and pricing is good your end te trip would be much shorter. I am going back to South Africa during December month and can't wait to take the bike out for a ride. Best regards Eugene. |

Went to the drag strip yesterday to watch the HD shootout also play with my new camera some. Heres a shot of Badwebs very own Wes Orloff aka racerx1. Would you believe that this bike other then being stretched is a compilation of stock tuber and XB parts. Doesn't hurt to be a awesome rider as well. The bike I've seen do the best of 10.73. And the motor has not been rebuilt and its on its 3rd season. Last year I know it had over 400 runs on it.....I don't even want to think how many now.LOL

Heres a shot of a couple double wingers that flew low. I didn't even see them coming,my wife and buddy Rocco had to nudge me and I focused last second before the smoke quit.

I posted these pics of my new bike on the XB Board but thought many who don't go there never saw them. So here they are, along with my 03 Lightning. I picked up the 07 in early August.

no other pictures at the moment ...maybe tomorrow. you can do it yourself ( very easy)five holes 55mm , 3 on one upper side 1 on the left and one on the right (5 totally). cut the air filter inside cover . close the left air inductor to send air only to the rear cylinder (not to the air box) , and drive for 10 minutes at 3000/4000 rpm to afv compensate the mods. ( to make a good job change the muffler and the ecm with a race one).with the race kit on i got a noticeable difference. bye Alessio |
