I am new to fixing bikes so bear with my ignorance. My bike has been in storage for a while so I replaced my battery and cleaned the spark. At first it tried to turn over, but now it just clicks/chatters when I hold down the starter. Any ideas? Fuse? Thanks!

Probably dead battery. A new battery only has a storage charge on it and will not have enough energy to turn the bike over for long.
If you have already charged the battery, then ignore the above.

After you charge the battery see if it's holdin a charge. If not, then it's a shot battery. Get a new one
