Pirelli has just announced a dual compound Diablo Corsa lll tire. This is a very high performance street/track tire, now with a harder compound center section on the rear tire for better life on the street. As usual when introducing a new tire, Pirelli has a limited time " almost free front tire " offer, where you buy the rear tire, fill in the coupon, send to Pirelli, and they send you a front for the price of handling and shipping: $25. Here is the relevant web site: http://www.diablo.getpirelli.com/ There are a limited number of tires available on this offer, so act now if you need or will need tires soon. That includes just about everyone on this board, doesn't it? If you get a good deal on the rear, and remove and mount the wheels,( and/or tires), you can have a new set of top rated tires for under two hundred bucks. Lot's of guys have paid twice that amount at the local stealer for less tire. |

I found 2007 Pirelli Corsa's at Motorcycle Superstore.com but it does not indicate they are Pirelli Corsa III's. It just says 2007 Pirelli Corsa's. I'd have to think that this is the right tire though. (Message edited by MACBuell on August 10, 2006) |

I just noticed in their T&C's that there is this line in it...... If you would like your free Strada front tire shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address you must fill it in. But it says........Read below to complete your claim form and receive your free Diablo Corsa III Front Tire ($25 Shipping and Handling fee will be charged to your credit card). Pirelli must receive your claim form within 14 days from completion. Your claim form is invalid after 14 days. In the opening page |

I tried but I can't find any sites selling this tire. Except for supertireguy.com but I think you have to place a phone order. |

PARTS UNLIMITED has them in stock, ready to go. Find a place that deals with them, and there you go, but the retailer MUST CALL Parts Unlimited to get the number and order them, as they are NOT in the 2006 catalog!!!! Bruce |

Buymoto.com has the rear 180/55 for $136 plus shipping, so the total with the free front (w/ shipping) would be like $170 for the set. |

If they are better than the current diablo corsas anyone that needs tires now, or just has the cash to buy them for their next set of tires needs to get the rear tire ordered NOW! I absolutely love my Diablo Corsas. They are the best sport street tires I've ever owned. They warm up quickly and stick like glue. |

Do tyres have a shelf life? I just installed a new set of Conti Road Attacks. Can I buy a set of the Corsas keep them in my garage for up to 6 months - will they still be good? Is there a special way to store them? TIA Cheers -Jack |

Nothing special about storing tires for six months. Anywhere indoors will put a lot less stress on them than keeping them on a motorcycle:-) I live in a rural area, so I ALWAYS keep a spare pair of tires in stock. That way I can do my research leisurely, buy them advantageously, and I don't have to wait a week if I pick up a nail or something. |

Ideal storage conditions are cool, dark and away from electrical power sources. They can be stored this way for at least five years. |

As per the TERMS AND CONDITIONS Each consumer must list the dealership where they purchased their qualifying rear Diablo Corsa III tire: You must purchase your tire from a Parts Unlimited dealer. |
