I bought my 04 XB12s two months ago and this luggage case was mounted on the bike. I removed it and have all the mounting hardware and two keys. I do not know the model # as it is not printed anywhere on the case. It only says "GIVI". The extra mount on the top is for an MP3 player (ipod). The unit mounts to the tail section by drilling two holes on either side of the cheese grater and utilizes the license bracket. The luggage container locks closed and can also be removed from the rack once unlocked and carried like a suitcase. I have found GIVI on Google but can't pinpoint the model on any retailers site. Hey rigman, It look like the the givi case is a scooter case , it is lighter construction then a motorcycle case . The rack mount is a givi universal rack kit , in comes with sliding mounts for adjustment,but someone drilled the rails instead. Its should be mounted with the rails under the seat rails. I am mostly interested in the rack, I will give you $50.00 for the whole thing and I'll play around with it. I'm in maryland, figure up shipping and give me a total if your interested .
