Ok, I'm thinking I need one of those nifty tank bags with the clear map pocket for well...maps and maybe my GPS... I've been looking and most seem to be held to the tank magnetically. Since the only metal on my X1 tank is the cap, I was curious, what bags have other folks had luck with. thanks in advance... |

Check out http://www.wolfmanluggage.com/ These are the guys that used to make the luggage for Buell. Quality product - I've ordered some from them for the BMW. |

There are a few Buell tank bags made for tubers left ... I bought the Boundary tank bag (S1/M2) just yesterday at Suburban Motors HD/Buell, they were 1 of 5 dealers in the country that still had one. There is one in TX, OH ... and IL not sure of the 5th location. part # 61494-96Y , lists for 98 or 99, got it for 78 + tax brand new, just in a dusty plastic bag. Call around and have them do a parts search, there was a larger tank bag as well... not sure how many are left though. (Message edited by tattoodnscrewd on July 20, 2006) |
