I won't be leaving till later in the evening on Friday from Santa Maria to my hotel in Gilroy, so "beep" your horn on the way through. One of my co-workers is taking the whole week off that week, so no getting off early for me more than likely. I plan on jogging over to the 25 in King City just to get off the superslab (my riding buddy didn't want to take Hwy 1, thought it would take too long, baby).

I'm going up to Laguna from Lompoc on Thursday morning... My crew will all be on V-Twins: my XB12Ss, three Ducatis, 2 Honda RC-51s. We're riding to Morro Bay on the 101 and then heading into Monterey via PCH (Hwy 1).

Von,I would seriously consider staying a bit closer, even Hollister or Watsonville,or Salinas,Way easier commute and still should be far enough out.
And 152 to 101 to 68 looks to be the ticket if you insist on staying in the Central Valley so far away.Should really take about 2 hours to get to track--how long it takes to get in is another story.Hopefully better than last year.

The following are the new entrance and parking plans from Laguna Seca dot com...

All motorcyclists will be provided free parking at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca on Wolf Hill, traditionally the automobile parking area at spectator events. Motorcycles will enter and exit on Barloy Canyon Road, located off of Reservation Road in Marina. No automobiles will be allowed to enter or exit on this road.

It is best to plan on arriving at 7AM and leaving after 7PM to avoid most of the traffic. Otherwise, it could be a 1-2 hour wait.
