I've had to repair the wiring on these little turn signals about 4 times. For those not familiar with the Micro 1000's, the wires from the lights are as thin as fishing line but nowhere near as strong. The wires just break at the connectors. Someone please tell me that there is no fix and that duct tape is the only solution. I love me some duct tape. Chad. |

I've got 4 on a Ducati that i soldered in heavier gage wire and crimped bullets to that.Never any issues so far(3yrs.).Did you add resistors for flashing frequency? |

Damnit, I guess I need to learn to solder. Resistors... we don't need no stinking resistors! Just kidding, actually I do as my turn signals flash like strobe lights. What/where/when/how do I add a resistor? Thanks, Chad. |

Instead of a resistor, you can plug this in place of your OEM flasher and normal flash rates will occur: http://www.americansportbike.com/shop/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi?usr=51F7827572&rnd=5633 514&rrc=N&affl=&cip=69.160.135.44&act=&aff=&pg=prod&ref=16086&cat=&catstr= |
