Nothing wrong with him selling it. They sell for tons of money on eBay, why not. |

selling it on ebay would be fine...selling it on badweb is like selling a sandwich to a family member at lunch. we are a "family" per say. we know they are free and only a tool would buy one here. but hey if you think it is cool to rip off your family go for it. if i did not want it i would just offer it up for free...but that is me.. |

Yeah, for some people, being charitable, and honorable is dumb. Me, I sent the 2 I got this year to two individuals over seas serving in the military. Since it was impossible for them to get them. I'll most likely do the same thing next year. I just feel selling them is tacky, and dishonest. Good luck selling it here Robino. |

I just feel selling them is tacky, and dishonest. Tacky it maybe depending on your opinion, but calling it dishonest is a stretch. This is a free market, supply and demand, and these things have a value. If you choose to give yours away rather than selling it, good for you, but that doesn't make it dishonest to sell one to someone who wants one and is willing to pay to get one. |

1. the slingbags were limited to dealers that carry buells. the closest to me is 1.5 hours away, alot of people dont have one within 100 miles... 2. only so many were given out when you took a demo ride on a new buell. my dealer only got 25 bags, there were 60 people there for demos that day. 3. its a really nice bag and worth 50.00. i have 2 of em. i got two last year and one this year... i gave the third one I had to my mechanic since they only had 25 at his dealership so he didnt get one! my girl enjoys the other one. 4. I will agree though, this is a dumb place to sell it, ebay would have been a better place... i love the sanwich reference! haha i had to laugh! good luck with the sale! |

Everyone, This thread is cracking me up! I agree with Garp's assessment regarding a "free market," but at the same time I'm digging Firebolt's analogy regarding the "family member sandwich." Also, I enjoyed Garp's investigation of the ebay posting. There does seem to be a discrepancy between the post and the ebay listing.... |

I don't see where it's anybody's business if Robino wants to sell his bag. So the F&%$ what ? I see he owns TWO XB's so it seems that he has given the BMC about $20,000. I bet they made more than $50 off of him and to think he's family.....LOL |

What's also funny is that fact that if a badwebber does find someone posted something for sale on ebay first, they get flamed for that. All I read is "you should have posted it here to the 'brothers' first." Can't win for losing sometimes. Good lord, give it a rest ppl. TK |
