It took a while, and lots of fabrication, but it's on the road.

Fuel injection, Gone!!!
Running big twin carb and a set of points...Starts up instantly, Runs better than ever.
had to make...
((( oil tank, Seat, Motor mounts, foot controls, air intake, battery box )))

exhaust is stock header INVERTED !!!

The motor sounds very, very good with open pipe. Loud, mean and angry.

the bike is light, geared very low, and runs awesome off the line, up to the redline.

I am still very proud to brag, it's
"Buell Powered"

Planning on any Iron Butt rides?

no front brake.

took about 4 months, working on it a day or two a week.

My son was a bit pissed when his BMX bike pegs vanished.

and it is Buell powered, as much as any one elses is...

I like the raw look, good work!
You may want to consider a flapper cap on that pipe.. you don't want to get water in there when it rains.
A nice flapper off of an old john deere tractor would look cool.

Who made the frame ?

I like your build better than those Mutant
Buell kit bikes.

Glitch..The stock header inverted is just to cool of a look to pass up. The exhaust doesn't blow on me at all. But, it is a bit loud in the right ear. Car alarms are hating it...LOL

I'm not a fan of the Mutant frames either. They are to cookie cutter. It's like a buell chopper kit in a box. I wanted to build something different.

It's a Paugho frame. I had to modify the front, and make the rear motor mounts.

P O Sweet S,

I'd take a lap on it, probably loose all the pit hair under my right arm, but I'd still take a ride on it. Kind of one of those "it is what it is" bikes, don't judge it, just let it be like it or not.

I can tell you had fun working it out.

And for once it wasn't a 'tuber that got mod'd.

I'm Happy with it also, Thanks.
It was a lot of work, making it all come together. I am by no means a Mechanic, and could not have done it with out my good friend Allen.
My wife was also a big supporter of me spending a lot of time working in our garage.

Just having the motor fire up a few months after stripping the XB down, and also replacing the fuel injection system, with a carb, was a huge releif.
