I go out for a ride today and 2 things happen, the welds on the bracket on my Wileyco exhaust broke and as a result the exhaust port stud broke shortly after. I have searched a lot of the posts on the site and it seems like "Jim's" tool is the way to go to drill it out. Does anyone know if its possible to get the tool in there with out removal of the header? Also could anyone send me page 3-8 out of the service manual? Thanks |

NO, you must remove the header to do it safely, and do it right. Al at American Sport Bike has a kit to do it as well, just to let you know of other options!! It is worth the time to remove the header, and do the job the right, un-impedded way. Or it might cost you a head, your choice. Bruce |
