summer's here and i wanna look bling! what's the best cleaning / gloss products / minor scratch removal stuff you've tried? dealership recommended some HD swirl/polish solution... ps - got some rust forming between the exhaust and the bracket - if i use a normal rush solvent is it likely to damage the exhaust paint?? cheers in advance |

I have used Crystal-Glo polish and it seems to work very well and they claim that it resists fuel spills. I haven't put that claim to the test yet. With the Crystal-Glo, the shine seems to last and bugs wipe off pretty easily. i bought some of the Harley products as well but have not used them yet. |

Kit Scratch Out takes scratches out of the plastic super fast. |

I use 3M plastic cleaner and then follow up with 3M plastic polish. Stuff works like a champ! When I first bought the bike it had multiple scratches on the pillion cover as well as airbox cover. A little time and effort and they both ended up looking brand new. As an added bonus it removes marks from the frame and swingarm as well without scratching. |
