I have a question for all of you folks who sell motorcycles for a living. What kind of income could be expected starting out selling motorcycles? Is there even a way to average that out? Also, what kind of hours do you work on average? Is there a base pay + commissions?? Or is it strictly commission? Just wondering. |

Far too many variables to really give you a direct answer. Each shop is different about it's pay schedule and commissions , bracketing, base, bla, bla, bla Hours are the worst part, your working retial so you need to be there odd hours, and hours = customer face time = sales = $$$. So you are usually there more than scheduled, I was scheduled 43 and always had overtime. I even tried to not have overtime. 'Course now is the best time to be selling, summer months are the most sales (depending on your location). But also the worst for you as the nice weather and everyone is out riding and you are stuck inside. Saturdays were a killer, all the rides and events seemed to be on Saturday and you always missed out. Still was a fun job though. Your Message Here Call For More Info 1-900-For-Cash
