I will be up there. a couple of friends of mine have tickets to the bike bash on Friday at Meadowbrook. I will be up there prob all afternoon into the night. As for a place to stay and people to ride with, I don't know. I live like 45 minutes south of the Weirs... so I will just be riding up there for the day. Hope to see you all there!!! |

I live in Rochester. 15 minutes from the Alton circle. As far as Buell riders in this area, I have only seen 2 other ones besides me. One guy has a bike just like mine. (silver/blue XB9R) and there is a chick with a black and copper 12R around here now. Just started seeing her a few months ago. |

Even up to laconia... I think in the last 3 years that I have had my 9R, I only saw 1 other buell up there. The bike was parked... no rider in sight. I think we should set a time and a place to all meet up there. Maybe not this year... might be a little too short notice for some. But I need someone different to ride with. lol I'm getting tired of riding in a pack of Suzuki/Yamaha/Kawasaki, or the Fat Boy/Dyna/Road King groups... |

Maybe I'm the s you've seen in Nashua? I have an '04 12s red/gold and a '99 S3 blue/white. I plan on taking the week off and finally enjoying a real vacation. My rule of thumb for Laconia is: When riding to the Weirs' - arrive there by 9:00am at the latest. Traffic will be backed up by then. When riding to NHIS, arrive when ya want. Plenty of parking... Laconia is a must with me. My first was '76. Been goin' ever since. We can monitor this string or email offline, either way is fine with me. I know of other Buellers heading up. We may be able to connect. A common place to meet is the Hooksett Tolls Liquor store heading N on I93... or meet at Manchester HD or Heritage HD in Concord. Places will be hoppin'! |

Howdy all!! I'm headed up Tuesday night and staying till sunday. I plan on riding up to the top of Mt Washington on Thursday, since they restrict the mountain road to bikes only. I've been going up for about 13 years now. I'de love to meet up with some of you and go for a ride with a pack of Buells. Got the bike last year before Laconia, just found this site about a month ago. |

Last year I saw 3 or 4 Buells while sitting in traffic heading to the strip. While we stopped for breakfast I saw a group of 5 or six cruising past the diner. We had just finished a rip on the Kangamangus. I could count on one hand how many Buells I have seen around Boston. |

How about meeting at Meredith HD/Buell? I'm sure I can arrange something where we can leave messages like name, phone #, location, etc... so we can call each other if we miss meeting. If we pick several times of the day, per day, we may be able to meet up? Just trying to come up with an idea... |

The only part of bike week that I participate in is the "ride to the clouds" thing on Washington. http://www.mountwashingtonautoroad.com/motorcyleday.html I usually see a few Buells up there Last year Mike and I didn't see ANYTHING. It was so foggy that we had to look down to follow the line on the road. The year before that, it was a lovely ride up a hill and the view was great. |

I'm up for the MY Washington ride. Hopefully I will be getting my bike back from the shop before bike week. I finally got it back together after the "incident" on the highway.
I think I'm going to name it "Black Widow" or "Blackie Lawless" |

I was thinking along the lines of... 9am 12 - noon 3pm 6pm I wanted these times to be easy to remember. Starting at 9:00am, then every 3 hours until 6:00pm. There may be times when there's no one there. No prob. I was also thinking about a sign-in type clip board form. Name, Date, Time, Phone # & Location. When Buellers arrive, they can see who's around, maybe give'em a call, etc... You get the idea. A runnin' log, so to speak. I'll make sure it's behind the counter or somethin'. I'm a BRAG member of the White Mt. Thunder Club who's home is Meredith HD/Buell... and a good friend of mine works there... I know we can get a little co-op. For those of us who do meet, we'll ride and most likely, meet others. After that, more plans will be made and that info can go on the form so others will know about it. More plans, more info, more riders know, more riders! If the weathers bad, we may not see too much activity, but that's the way things work out. But, what activity there is will be great. Yes, I'm aware of the ATC situation. I live in NH, near the former Grand Poob and know him well. We can be in touch with them also. It's all part of that big Buell family... I'm not trying to run this or tell people what to do.... these are just ideas... Ya'll can do what ya want, of course. |

Tunes that is an excellent idea. i will stop in on my way to laconia. i will ask if there is a clip board if this all goes through. i stop in every year anyways so this is actually convenient to me. hope to meet a few buellers while up there. trying to get some extra time off from work if the weather works out. we shall see..thanks! |

Ok, I've made the form. I'll make some copies, attach them to a clip-board and bring it up to Meredith. Once we can determine where it's going to reside, I will post that information. One thing about the times and all... If you don't make a time, but you're there, then just sign in. You could still run into someone... and at the very least you will have a chance to meet Dave King, my friend and Buell connection. He is responsible for my Buellness. He works in the parts dept. All things Buell can be revealed, provided he's not too busy! I'll be bouncing in and out all week. I hope to meet as many of you as possible. I still do not see many Buells on the road, so we're still quite a minority. It would be nice to park next to more than 2 Buells for a change... and not the ones for sale! |

I know Dave. I just talked to him this afternoon as a matter of fact. lol He is a good guy. He is the reason that I am on this message board. I had never heard of it till I talked to him. Dave, if you read this... YOU ROCK!!! lol (I think he spends most of his time on the thumper part of the bad wed though.) |

I'll be heading up to Meredith HD/Buell Saturday to drop off the clipboard... then I'll be up to the area and hanging around as much as I can. If the weather improves for Sunday, I'll head up to Laconia for the vintage races. Monday is vintage racing at NHIS, so I'll try to see that, hillclimbs on Wednesday, Weir's Beach Saturday morning, races at NHIS on Saturday & Sunday, Demo rides Friday & Saturday, riding everywhere, havin' a good time. Sounds like a plan is formulating. Hope see you there! |

Saw a bunch'o Buell's at Weir's Beach today. Tried to but, didn't run into any of the owners... Signed clip board at Meredith HD/Buell... No other Buell's there at the time. Will ride to Meredith again... like it's torture or something. :-) |
