be honest .... how deep in trouble am I ?

We're all in BIG trouble! But I'd have to say it's trouble well worth being in. There's nothing like your children saying "Mommy" "Daddy" and "I love you". They can really melt your heart.

BTW - I love that t-shirt!

If the oldest is 17 and Mrs. Glitch is still around, I'd say that's not such a bad thing! At least we know where you hang out and who you're with!

I have a new grandaughter, six months old yesterday and it happens that both her grandfathers ride, my Ulysses and his HD bagger of some vintage, so it looks like she will get a suitable education.

New12R - yeah, see the picture up there? They're 16 & 13 now. They're evil black hearted mother has made it difficult for me to see them for the past year and a half or so, but I'm a persistent sonofabitch. I may be bringing the 16 Y.O. by for riding lessons one day...I'll let you know!

Isn't a thing in the world wrong with being persistent or a SOB when it concerns your children.

Heck no, that's my time without my children! Maybe we can consider it when they get old enough to have their own bikes..........oh heavens, what am I saying??

The gig is up!
Like that's a bad thing!
No not a bad thing at all, I'd trust ANY of the 3%ers with my children.
They really look up to New12r.
He's a good kid too.

My 16 year old daughter is taking the MSF Course this coming weekend. My 15 year old has decided that her Blast is going to be blue, when she learns to ride next year. One of the things I've been looking forward to for a long time is going for a ride with the whole family on their own bikes. That day is almost here!

note to all the dad's with daughters -- mine just turned 21 --

just leave any thoughts behind you may have about influancing your daughter's choices in boys or much else once they are past 3 or so -- early imprinting is rarely overcome, and by the time they are ready to start dating, any fussing you may do will likely be responded to by a pat on the head as she heads out the door ;-}

also, while the boys that come around may view YOU as the primary gate keeper, we all know that role is actually filled by the mom -- women being so much tougher than men (most always smarter as well)
