Good morning guys, On the way home from Yosemite last Sunday we noticed oil stains on the front rocker cover, the primary cover, the front cylinder cooling fins, the oil lines, the frontal area of the crankcase, etc. (bike now has about 4k miles). In short, it was all over the place making identifying the source of the leak difficult. My guess is it's a front rocker leak and as the oil drips out it gets blow all over the place, but I've never seen a rocker leak end up with oil on the primary cover. Not just a little oil either. We were riding in rain and some fairly high winds at times so it's possible the rain and wind took the oil all over the place. The oil cooler lines are snug. Any ideas on where I should be looking? Any chance a breather line came loose on the airbox? I've cleaned the bike up as best I can and will ride it this weekend to try and identify the source of the problem. Recommendations appreciated. Best, Jim in Santa Barbara |

I have had a minor leak at the oil cooler lines where they go into the oil cooler. That is in the area you described. |
