1st of all Sorry for my english. The question is: How can i measure (check) the level of the oil? In italy in this days there is a discussion on the way of doing this. the bike as to stay perfectly vertical or it can stay on the lateral easel (cavalletto)? We think taht probably there has benn awron translation from english to italian on the manual. thanks |

Benvenuto! I hope that is correct for welcome in Italian. First run the bike for about 10 minutes to get it operating at normal temperature. Then put it on the kickstand, it does not need to be vertical. Remove the oil plug/dipstick from, clean it and insert it again, and you will see the level you are at. Very important that the bike is hot and not cold. Ciao |

Measure oil with bike leaned over on kickstand to get accurate reading. |

Perfect Italian 1stbuell. "Then put it on the kickstand, it does not need to be vertical. " This is the question point...someone think that the bike must stand on the kick stand...other say that must be in vertical position... this create a little bit of confusion and let us think that there has been a translation error but now i have the solution! thanks a lot! |
