did anyone notice on the newest fuell magazine that the guy on the back that wrote in was riding a 2004 XB9S when he says hes riding a city X? this may be unimportant or maybe im wrong. it has the cityx plastics, tank guard, and hand guards but silver wheels and everything else to be a 9S. did they even have the SX in 04'? anyway i just thought it was kind of funny and wondered if maybe his dealer tricked him. sorry for the confusing post. |

Probably an early 05 built in 04? I was thinkin the same thing. |

or maybe he decided he didn't want the villan black wheels as a few here didn't, and traded them for silver...The SX was released late '04 and 'some' DMV states requre the date of manufactur to be the listed model year on the registration, so a late '04 build for an '05 model year gets listed as an '04. |
