street ridden xb12, is there a pad that stops as nice as the stock buell pad yet leaves less dust and doesn't warp the rotor or squeek?

What's the EBC number? I'm sitting at the parts counter where I work and I'm surrounded by them. The only lookup sheet I have if for the Japanese makes being how this is a Kawi/Honda/Suz/Yam dealership.

I'm running the EBC HH also But the Nissin 804 are supposedly going to wear a little better.

Supposedly Bilansky could only get one race day per set of EBC - he's gone over to the Nissin 804 (so I've been told)

for track day or racing EBC recommends GFA345HH or HHLC for the front. According to the guy at EBC the 'G' prefix is important. For street use the FA according to their brochure. I have been very happy with the GFA for track day riding. GFA are hard to find at dealers but can be found at many trackside suppliers (email EBC for a list). I get mine from someone in Texas. Around $40 shipped. About every third track day I pull them off and rub the glaze off on concrete and change the fluid. Looks like I could get about a dozen track days out of them this way.

How long do the Lyndall Gold's last? Assuming mostly street riding with an occasional track day thrown in.

Danny - LRB is Lyndall Racing Brakes.

Brian - I just installed them yesterday. Hopefully, I will be able to ride it all week and report back as to how they bed in.

I just put the Lyndall's on my bike about a month ago and I really like them. They seem to take a little longer to warm up, but once they do, their stopping power is phenomenal.
