Hi all! Wanted to introduce myself. My name is Cindy, and I’m happy to announce that I’ve officially joined the Buell family – picked up an '06 CityX last night and couldn’t be happier! Being somewhat vertically challenged , I originally wanted the Scg, but after riding both bikes back to back at a recent demo event, I knew that the CityX was the bike for me. I have a lower seat coming soon, but meanwhile, I'll be tippy-toeing it to give it a run-in! I haven't got as much time to check this board as does my other half (Jack/rhinoWErX), but I wanted to say "hi" and share my enthusiasm for our newest family member! Anyone interested in a '04, very-well cared for SV? Anyone? Anyone? Beuller? Here are a few quick pictures taken last night after we got it home (picked it up in the truck) Hers and his... One each -Cindy |

Hello my name is Cary. I have been a buell owner since 1998 witch I had a S1 white lighting. Then I traded it for a bran new 1999 X1 blue with race stripe. Bad luck hit in myrtle beach and had bad crash. Recovered and purchased a yellow 2001 X1 lighting which a currently own. The bike is now all carbon fiber with the exeption of running the yellow tank cover sometimes. Vance and Hines pipe, race ecm, force intake, and had the heads flowed. I have always loved rideing buells and have looked to this web site for much help. Thanks BWB for all the help in the past and sorry for just now saying hello. |

Hello all, long time reader, first time writer. I am the original owner of a '99 Carbon Fiber Extreme no. 205 of 250. I have done a few mods like the race ecm, k&n, vance & hines and a c/f under seat elimination kit. If there are any more c/f bikes out there drop me a line, just curious where they all are. Jones |

Hi All,First time reader & first time writer to this forum.(Or any other for that matter.)I recently paid off my 05 XB12S and promtly highsided around a gravelly lefthander.Fortunatly I landed on my head so I'm OK but my poor bike is in need of a new header and those things go fast on E-BAY. I'm located in S.W. Riverside County. (Just north of San Diego county off I-15) I was luckly contacted by the So Cal Club out of Carlsbad and am looking forward to sharing some asphalt with fellow Buellers.Dig the site Thanx |

Glad you are OK! Sounds like a good excuse for getting the full Micron exhaust to me. Pricing it as just a header will make it look expensive, but pricing it as a replacement header and a performance package will make it look relatively cheap. |

Hey everyone I'm a new buell owner as of May 02, 2006. Yesterday I purchased a 2002 Buell X1 White Lightning. A funny story; I walked into a Harley shop looking for a buell. Turns out this store had stopped selling Buell. However they had one left in their garage that they had accidently deleted from their inventory. This worked out awesome for me. I looked at the bike and almost immediately loved it. I bought it with 15 miles brand new it now has 98 miles. Could anyone tell me what this rare find could be worth? Will post a pic soon but I'm currently working out on the road and don't have my digital camera. |

Hello. My name is Beau and I picked up my first Buell the other day. It's an 04 XB12S Lightning. The previous owner put the race kit on it and it just sounds awsome! It has 2900 miles on it now and I've already put 600 miles on it since I bought it. It's been cold up here but I still ride it because I just can't seem to stop riding this bike! I live in Sturgis, SD where the world famous bike rally presides and I will be glad to have this bike when that time comes in August. The only way to get around it you need to get somewhere! The Black Hills are very beautiful and I would never get sick of the many miles of roads winding through the hills and I plan on a summer of riding this magnificent machine. What can I say - I love it! |

Hi all, been reading the posts here 4 some time now. Bought my new City X a year ago and its the best bike ive owned. Spent a disgusting amount of £££££££££££ on it so far and trying desperately to call it a finished project(yeah rite!!!!!!!!). I used to own sports bikes but got bored with them, then bought a supermoto, but the tank range was dismal.Whilst recovering from getting knocked off the Moto i decided to try something else, that was when i saw the Buell XB range.I was within an inch of signing for the XB12S then came the City X and that was it!! Hope to speak 2 some like minded people and swap info. I thought i would start by asking EVERY noobie question i could think of, that way im sure of a response!!!!!! ok, ok ,ok im only jokin. Nice 2 b here. |
