this is my second xb12r the first was perfect with the buell race kit . i moved the race kit on this new one after an accident and now it looks to go not so fast like the old bike. i tried to make ten miles and more than ten minutes at constant rpm to adjust the ecm and the tps but it seems to go a little bit slower than before , absolutely not well like the other bike. can anyone help me. thanks alessio |

did you get the tps reset first? This HAS to be done either by the dealer, or vdst
sotware any time you put an ECM into a different bike.
The 3500 rpm ride resets the AFV, not TPS. |

the dealer did it when the bike'was pretty new he changed on my request the stock equipment with the race kit , but he reset the ecm today after the first 1000 miles . he told me he did'nt put the maximum load in the ecm for the first 1000 miles , but he did it now and the bike its running very good . thanks a lot for the information you give to me. if you know somethings else to run better please tell me . bye Alessio |
