What the heck is the security cable for? it says locking the helmet but how?

remove seat
connect one side of cable to seat post
run cable through helmet
connect other side of cable to seat post
replace seat

Wear it. Avoid wearing it into the bank though...That really freaks people out for some reason...

Why? It only takes like 3 seconds to take off.

I would say the time it takes is worth the cost of a stolen helmet.
