ATTENTION..ALL you probable participants of Fontana Suzuki Superbike Race on April 28th , 29th , and 30th. The Calfornia Speedway at Fontana is having a Special package of tickets!!!! Get Saturday and Sunday tickets and get a FREE Fan Lap BOTH DAYS!!!!!...only $60 for all this! They call it the Suzuki Superbike Giveaway...I believe its only availiable over the phone but I'm not sure about that.I plan on being there Friday night as well... Posted on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 - 10:32 am: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are meeting Saturday April 29th at 8:00 AM at this Starbucks and will head over to the track at 8:45 or thereabouts.If your on your way and wan't to call , my Cell number is 714-936-4823. We will wait if you call.If you've never been to track,come in on Cherry , turn left at sign , follow all the way around to where tunnel goes under track.You can get tickets to your right,then proceed to tunnel.All motorcycles go through tunnel and park infield.During races we all go to infield(over bridge) and do the "lemming dance"...I.E. walk back and forth between track and see bikes twice per lap.Parade laps are at 11:40 to 12:00 noon.Line up in lot on right as you turn under crossover to park(usually).See ya' all there!! google map This is a map of freeways around our meeting point.Ontario Mills is at the intersection of the "10" freeway and the "15" freeway in southwest quadrant. google map Here is a closeup of the Ontario Mills Mall....Starbucks is in "Upper Right" corner of parking lot , where Rochester takes off from The loop road around the mall...Just "Left" of the "15" freeway sign on this map..Coming from the south get off on 4th street , turn right at bottom of ramp , and a left at the first street past freeway.Starbucks is on the left past the Gas Station. There have been some rumblings about the early hour were meeting....So hows'about we change it to not leaving Starbucks till 9:15 since the track is only 5 minutes away.....I will be meeting some people at our monthly meeting place of Knowlwoods(La Palma and Imperial Hwy in Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills area) at 8:00am for a kickstands up at 8:15.See ya there!! Excellent FMJ....I'll be watching the news!!!Will the Rainforestians be down this year!!!!????? And Dave....I still haven't found any rider parties for Friday night but I will keep you posted....if you get Friday off and decide to go ,look for mention of hanging out that night!!!Ask DiSalvo or Greg or Josh Hayes...they are allways at those events in the past! |
