You might want to post an asking price, but not so high as to scare buyers off. |

make an offer that is not insulting. |

I'm not making an offer, but I doubt you're going to get what you're put into it- $4000 seems to be the ceiling for M2s. |

$2,500-$3,500 is the general range of decent examples for what owners have been willing to part with them for. A few have gotten up to $5,000 and one I think got $5,500 in the last few months to a ready willing and excited buyer somewhere. That's why it is always best to just put a price out there and then state if it's negotiable. Saves people/buyers from wondering if it's even in their price range (the old "if you have to ask then you can't afford it" routine which keeps some folks from even asking/offering a price), and putting the price in helps to keep the owner from getting lowball/insulting offers. Up front and honest, it is what it is, flexible is okay, seems to work best. Hope you get your price on it, whatever it is, as it seems like it's a nice bike. Post a pic if you can, that always helps too. |

i suppose your tactics to lowball me are up to snuff. you guys know how much $$$ it takes to build a buell like this, so if someone is interested in it, make a offer or just go on to the next post. |

Buellben, in deference to your wishes I won't make an offer. Now if you'd been asking a reasonable price I'd have wandered the couple miles to your garage, put a few thousand dollars in your wallet, and ridden the M2 back to my garage, and we'd both be happy. |

Good grief, let the man sell his bike in peace, the way he would like to sell it. Ben, Who performed the engine work on your Cyclone? Why no break-in. |

the bike has 28mi on it now. the thing is i like to build them and trade. i have been wrenching on harley pattern engines for 17 years and have found that there are so many sweet engine mods that i need different bikes (buells) to keep the sickness alive. all the top end parts are from NRHS and assembled/clearanced by me. thanks for the backup blake. |

Buellben and Blake, sorry if I ruffled any feathers. I am interested in buying the bike and it's right in my neighborhood. However, the mods don't really matter to me and the most I'd pay for a Cyclone is $4000. If that price range interests you, fine. If not, I won't bother you anymore. |

Sorry. The bike is priceless, or at least only priced between the buyer and seller, me being neither will bow out of the discussion. I would like to see a pic of it though. |
