The weather is starting to warm up(kind of it was snowing here this morning) so i'm wondering who want to take a ride or at least meet up somewhere.....I met a ton of people at Liberty Harley/Buell last yr(erik buell was there) and i'm wondering who wants to meet up or even take a ride through the mountains...i'm open to suggestions...let me know if you guys have a particular place in mind and give me a few weeks notice....i'lll put some more posts up as the details unfold...i'll be leaving Albany NY(2 1/2 hrs north of NYC) Bob |

OK, I live in Brooklyn, but have family in woodstock, ny.. and my bike is currently in Denver, but will be going to get it REALLY soon (waiting to get a sec. to take off of work for a week, which will hopefully be in two weeks.) But anyway, always down to meet up and go riding, so please keep me posted for any rides. |

Yeags, Just let me know when/ where and I am there. Put 142 miles in on Sunday (cobleskill -> coxsackie -> hunter (23A lots to twisties up the falls, but the road is a bit tore up) and then back through Grand Gorge). Hopefully by the time you are getting ready to go I will be through break in, just need 1 more non snowy day. We got 3 inches in the higher elevations this morning, which has since melted. |

I'm not crazy about going through 12 toll booths in jersey so maybe we can meet in NY or NYC somewhere...you guys from down that way tell me...if i have to go into jersey just give me directions so i don't have to stop and pay 25 cents every 2 miles |

You are all always welcome to meet up for group rides here at H-D/Buell of Danbury, CT. We are having a HUGE party on Sunday, April 30th. I am expecting to see quite a few Buell riders at our 12th Annual Biker Bash & Pig Roast. We have been planning on throwing another Buell Day with all the bells and whistles sometime this year. I do not have an exact date picked out yet, but I will be sure to keep you all up to date. If I can ever be of any help, just let me know. Jeff @ hdofdanbury.com |

Hudson Valley here as well. On any given Sunday you can find a number of Buellers in and around Bear Mountain State Park. Hey Duane, I'm on the other side of the county from you. Don't worry about being a newbie, I'm not exactly a seasoned rider myself. I have a nice 40-50 mile loop that has some really nice twisty stuff. Bigblock and some of the other guys can attest, although I think I was going a bit too slow for them. |

that saterday is no good for me, its graduation. maybe we need to plan at least a month in advance so every one has plenty of time to plan it out. it seams like we got a pretty good size group of people. (Message edited by Tq_freak on April 05, 2006) |

Yeags30 - as the riding season progresses I'm sure we'll see more people post here about upcoming rides in the area. Bear Mountain Park is indeed attached to the large bridge. Within the park is Perkins Memorial Drive which is a nice twisty road all the way to the top of the mountain, and also a good meeting point. |
