So I went to start my XB9R it started then died. tried again and you guessed it. it flooded. are these bikes that moody? So i've had it for a week and its already at the dealer being repaired. has anyone had this problem? |

yes, do not try to give it gas when you first start and its cold.. what you need to do is let it run .. let it warm up.. you fouled the plugs.. easy repair.. and you should do them yourself than let a dealer do it. its happened to me twice.. no biggie.. bought the NGK Iridiums.. no problems since then. I am told that this will also happen if you start it up, rev it a few times - maybe for a buddy to hear, and then shut it off. Short, low rpm trips, cna foul you rplugs too. I have not had this problem, but they show up on occaison at the dealership. |
