i finally made it to a brag meeting last friday in november and i was the only one there . oh well, i had a nice conversation with a sales person named patti, and i got to see both the new ulysses and lightning long, they are both sweeeeet bikes! the xbx is scarily outlandish but super cool, it looks like something from a scifi flick, bugout! the xbss may be the bike for me although i felt kinda weird asking if they made a low seat for it, hehe. i really like that it's not as small as the standard xbs and it has the larger gas capacity yet it's just maybe a half inch taller than i would like, ahhh nuts, maybe they'll come out with another cyclone, i'm not ready to buy a new bike till the end of summer 06 anyway! |

I didn't know we were still meeting. I think Mike left Tom everyones emails, before he shipped out. If you have his email you might want to ping him, so he can contact everyone. If you can't get him, I also have the list. |

OK all, I have contacted some of you via e-mail (you know who you are :+))
While Mike is overseas, I'm going to try to get us together for some rides etc..
Meanwhile, last Fridays at Sheldon's sounds good to me. This month, the last Friday is 01/27/06. Since I work in Worcester, and usually am out by 3:30 or so, I can be there by 4:00.

Tripp, too bad there wasnt a meeting, I will ring you tomorrow. I am in the area, until sometime next weekend, when i have to head back to VA...
I also have teh list, but its on my laptop. NO, I didnt ride up this time, I had to take the truck, which was already at teh airport, bike is still in storage(until next weekend)...
Anyway, a couple of other area guys were talking about doing something tomorrow, again, I will ring ya..
I dont know the next time I will be back in town, hopefully one of the long weekends next month..

How's your motor doing? Still running sweet I hope. Good to see you guys organizing up there.
I won't be making Laconia this year, but i'll be up the week after. I hope I can catch some of you guys.
My brother is still living in Louden, (about 4 miles from the track!) And the rest of my family are spread out through NH.

i live down the street from mike. rode w/ him a few times over the summer before he left for the big kitty litter box. i never got around to going to a meeting at sheldons, id be willing to show up if there was a deffinate time/date. he was supossed to add me to that list also. i've never got an email on it though |

OK, Let's try for February 24, I'll be there early, by 4:30 or so, hang out & kick tires till 6:00ish, and go to eat. I'll tell Jay where we are going this time, so any late arrivals can join us.

Any suggestions YOU may have, I want to hear them, and I'll post to all
What day is best for rides, Sat vs. Sun, I know Jay works Sat, some others may also be tied up Sat, or have family obligations Sun |

hi art! bikes running great! i have about 5k on the 1250 kit and still problem free! i've opened my own company and have poured all available cash into it but, if we do well this year i'll be getting a port and polish for the heads and bigger valves this next winter! i guess i'll have to buy that mikuni and upgrade the cams as well, hopefully i'll have more time next winter, this winter was a bust with all the time i've had to spend at the new store although, if i'm lucky, i'll have a few hours before spring to blacken my forks! |

i took the pike out to the meeting last nite, it got me there maybe 15 min. quicker but a more stressful drive. i took 146s to 195 on the way back, there was a huge accident on 95n i hope them people are ok.
met some nice folks at the meeting, hope to get together with the group in the spring! |

Aaron posted a dyno sheet and explanation of what he did over on Sacborg, regarding my S2. 104RWHP, I'm VERY pleased!
Congrats on the new business, and good luck!
Looking forward to meeting you guys this year. the ride is on, I'll be up the week after Louden.
I'll probably be on the S2, although I'm planning on shipping my S1W up there for storage. (I'm getting way too many Buells!)  |

yes sir, i'll be there hopefully on my sickle! i'll probably be in laconia again this year but only after work saturday till sunday nite. a dozen or so buell owners camp off of winona rd. in ashland every year (american thunder bike peeps), i'm going to try and catch up with them this year. last year was a dreadful washout! |
