I like that a lot pup. I haven't seen one of the race fairings with the holes cut in it for the lights the way you've done it. I think I like it without the bezels better. Gives it a sleek almost Duck style front end. I've also never seen the full fairing with the S tail on it. Is our frame and swingarm polished? I can't tell for sure because the picture is a little fuzzy. Anyway, nice job. |

U4euh are you done with your project yet? I'm interested to see how it came out. I did the same thing, but I went with black. The only other frame paint that I've seen is black or the red one from overseas. Post some pics! |

Olinxb12r-Sanded it all down and started over again. I seen the Tribal pegasus over on the sticker thread. Decided I liked it so much, that I am going to 'Ghost' it under the clear blue. The chrome paint goes on very well, if I use the factory metallic silver over that it looks great. Then after coating over with the blue, it should be killer! Trying to find a blown up view of the 'Lightning' logo. I would like to ghost that onto the swingarm, or maybe continue the tribal on into the letters. If anyone can get a blown up picture of the Lightning it would help me out. JIM |

Sky, The other guys in the shop (Tq_freak & XB9er) sometimes have questioned my sanity. My head does spin on occaision, but only with my body rotating also. I haven't practiced enough to get my head to spin by itself. |

I'm a little closer to being done:
I am going for the X look, everything starting from the top front going towards the rear bottom will be in Blue, everything going up will be black. And then throw in a few contrast like the air lid grill's and fork braces, etc,etc.... Not mean Citycross X, but the color scheme will form an X. 147db- I could use some of those blue rings, can you point me in that direction? (Message edited by u4euh on March 12, 2006) |

Love the bike in front of the car in the parking spot move Vaneo! I pulled that one for a year while I lived in Chicago. Diablo unfortunatley there was a bit of a pissing match at one point because some guy tried to be a jerk with his first post ever. Other than that one guy I would say it's the longest one I've ever seen that wasn't an arguement. Certainly the longest thread I've ever started. |
