I hope to make it for the homecoming. It depends on if I can get off of work. I have a friend who rides a BMW that lives in Appleton. He may be paying you a visit in the near future Daves. |

Does the homecoming coincide with the AMA Superbike weekend again? Cheers Brett |

If you've never been up that way there are some awesome curvy roads around Elkhart Lake. Was up there for the Superbike race last year. Spent the week floggin an XB9SX. Cheers Brett |

I need to see if there is a better way to get there than running the slab. I might load up my tent and sleeping bag and find a back road route. Leave Thursday and ride as far as I feel like, then truck the rest of the way in on Friday. What time is the factory tour on Friday? |

Chad, there is no good way to get from Nashville up here. Well...we did land-between-the-lakes once, that was nice. But once your in IL you can take backroads and soak up small towns and all (see this month's roadrunner on US52). Or you can just slab it. If you can get this far north Thursday let me or RonB know. I'm tempted to just make it a Friday event. Ride up to East Troy, then Appleton, then home that night. |
