Great stuff Jim. Still need a banner. Can we get a BadWeB mention/link on your Team Elves pages? |

I reposted your story so that it will remain atop the page even after the discussion thread gets hit with the auto-archiving. Added some carriage returns between paragraphs as discus ignores leading character spaces, some other formatting too. Look okay to you? |

I was wondering how long it would last here if we kept posting. BadWeb is link #1 on the TE links page. FMJ didn't mention it in his story so I didn't have an on-the-fly place to link from when I put it up. |

"Hard to believe that was over 5 years ago!" I agree, on account of it was just over four years ago. |

TeamElves.com has been in a state of flux for the last few days, but it ought to be settled down now (unless I make a separate "sponsors" page for FMJ, or find any more outdated links, or more missing pics or...) I am waiting on shirt info before that link goes back up and I am hoping to have a few more FMJ pics up, but nothing major until we get updates from Australia. Have a look. You got me there Blake, it was only 4 years ago. I subtracted 1 from 6 and got 5 in my head, not thinking about what month it was. See, even I am wrong once in a while.

Hey Court, we've got the INTERNET, you know, on COMPUTERS. We've even got PayPal too, and EMAIL. PayPal automatically converts real money into this stuff you colonials use. What is it now, moolah, greenbacks, dough, dollars??? Something like that. Oh, and for the other stuff, you can use Babel Fish to translate if you like! LOL. |

It's 5 days til I head Downunder, hope they are ready! Been packing and making sure I take along all the little spares and gadgets I forgot to throw in the shipping container.Got boxes of shirts delivered yesterday and they look great. Now I need for all of you Buell riding folks to buy em up!!! Thanks to RT,Court,Josh,Brad,Pete, and Steve S. for jumping right in. And a really big thanks to Brad for all the work he put in to get the shirts done.I suspect he did not realize what he was getting himself into. And to Josh for the revamp of the Team Elves site with all the Aussie updates. I will hopefully be updating this as I can from Paul's place and maybe from the Salt as the Amo boys have a satelite uplink. |

I had a word to a mate of mine at customs. He's not sure why you're on their hit list, but he's going to try to sneak you through. Just ask for Ahkmed when you get there.... Have fun |

Jim Mate. Make sure you are dressed neatly and do not try to befriend the drug sniffer beagle.Oh and I also called my Mate in customs (not Ahkmed) and he said they have a nice room waiting for you and they promise to warm their hands first . |

You won't like any Mates of Ross. Ahkmed is your friend. Insist on it when they question you. |

Well, I made to Paul's after a couple of false starts. Just before heading out the door to the airport I got a call from the Amo boys and they are stuck in Denver as their jet developed a fuel leak. They have to catch the exact same flight 24 hours later. Will have to pick them up today. The drive to the airport it was pouring down rain and high winds so I was worried we would be grounded. There was a tree across several lanes of the freeway before the airport. James dropped me off and I made it to the gate and met up with the Ack Attack bunch. They told me all the floks coming from LA--Noonan and all--had been bumped to a different flght as they said the flight was overbooked, which worried me as I was flying standby on Terry Parsley's United companion pass. But they actually made it to Aus 2 hours ahead of us.Well, got on fine and was upgraded to business class(thanks Terry) and there was a ton of open seats so so much for the "overbooked crap".Then the departure time was held up as a flight coming from Boston was late due to bad weather there,so we left an hour late which messed up our connecting flight to Adelaide.Ended up waiting in the airport for about 3 hours for the next flight.Paul picked me up and made it here about 4:30 in the afternoon. We went out for a nice dinner in town and had a great visit with Ross and all. Getting trailer this morning and heading to the warehouse to get the bikes. |

Hey all.We picked up the bikes from the warehouse and got them to Pauls.Ross went and picked up the Amo's at the airport and once here we settled in to uncrating the bikes and getting them ready. Both bikes survived the boat ride well.Pics are posted on www.landracing.com in the pic section under Lake Gairdner section. |

Just spent 10 minutes on the phone with Ross and Jim . . . I'd say they are already wound up. FMJH has already taken on an accent and Ross was out spraying a hose on the neighbors house at 2AM. . . see what happens when you cross the streams?
