Hi, i posted a question in knowledge vault but none helped me...

anyway, i would know the quantity and type of fork oil for the 43mm showa usd fork of my 12S, thanks!

use type E fork oil (99884-80)

pour 7oz into the slider pipe

adjust fork oil level with FORK OIL LEVEL GAUGE (b-59000a) so that it is 4.6in (118mm) from top of fork tube

Thats out my 03 XB9R manual

thank Lucas, i already got those numbers but they refer to 41mm model of showa, i got a 43mm, who knows??

From the 2005 XB9 & 12 shop manual: 8 oz. 116 mm, Type E oil.

anyone know what viscosity the type E fork oil is?

only 8oz? i guess is the half part before dumping the rod like on 41mm fork, anyway thanks Jon_s!!
