Will I have to change the rear or the front pulley when fitting a wheel from an 03xb9 onto an 04xb12? |

What's the difference? changing the front pulley to a 9 size would work too? |

yeah, but you wouldn't want to go through that to put an inferior setup on. The '04 belt and pulleys are better. |

i belive the '03 belt has different amount of teeth and pitch than the '04 set up. brian |

The '03 and '04/newer are not the same at all in terms of the number and size of teeth on the pulley and belt. Also consider the 12 did not come out until '04... |
