No_rice, I wear Harley boots. Had them for about 2 years now going on 3 and they're still good. Best $30 I've spent. |

Dbird, that picture is awesome. That's how my 9S has been loaded. Great shot! Never Give Up! |

That was jerry_haughton taking that picture. What you don't see is him throttling and steering with the left hand while shooting pics with his right. Scary to watch but it was in Utah with no traffic.

NoRice.... I wear a H-D jacket most of the time while on my Buell. I agree, good leather is good leather! |

I've also had the hey is that a 500cc comment. I always laugh at the look on their face when I say it's a 984cc. They're like, but that's like, a thousand! Small bike... |

There is always the classic "those things can't be comfortable, all hunched over like that" I'm not comfortable with my feet out in front of me, with less input, feedback, and control over the bike. Function first. chrome? Not my gig. but that's me. YMMV (Message edited by diablobrian on February 10, 2006) |

Well, I can say there have been rare times I would like the cruiser sitting position, but each time I try that I find I scrap the pegs in the simpliest U turns. |

I have heard a bunch of em. One of my fav's is on Deals Gap a guy asked me if my bike was a Blast! I was like well...ummmm....NO. Dude could not believe that it was a 1,203cc motorcycle, his jaw about hit the floor. |

My best has been my cousin's mate asking if it's a GPX250 Ninja kit bike. "Ummmm not many 250 sound like this..........nor come with decent suspension". |

lol wow i have never had one bad comment on my bike. usually people just ask what it is...when i tell them that its a 984cc and the fuel is in the frame and oil in the swingarm and they notice the pipe is underneath they get really interested and want to talk my ear off!! good thing i usually try to park away from people |
